Features

Wet vs. dry, central vs. chair-mount, amalgam separator and piping — sized to your operatory count and procedure mix.

Wet & Dry Vacuum Systems

Wet ring (water-cooled) and dry suction units installed with separator tank, filter housing, and the right discharge route to drain.

Quiet Operation

Pump installed in a service room or external enclosure with vibration isolators, acoustic foam, and a flexible coupling on the suction line. Operatory noise stays under 55 dB.

Piping Installation

40 mm to 50 mm PVC or PP suction lines with a minimum 1% fall back to the pump, swept bends, and isolation valves at each chair. Pressure-tested before commissioning.

Amalgam Separator Installation

ISO 11143 amalgam separator (95% retention) plumbed into the suction line. Required across the EU for any clinic that places or removes amalgam restorations.
