Scheduled servicing, biological-indicator testing, gasket and filter changes, and repair work for class B dental autoclaves. All major brands.

Routine servicing through to annual validation: gasket changes, water-quality checks, BI testing, and repairs when something breaks.
Annual validation to ISO 17665 / EN 13060: temperature mapping with calibrated probes, pressure verification, vacuum-leak test, Bowie-Dick for class B units, and biological-indicator runs with G. stearothermophilus spores. You get the printout, the BI result, and a signed validation certificate.
Recurring service visits matched to your usage. A typical visit covers door gasket inspection or replacement, filter cleaning or change, water-tank descale, drain check, vacuum pump check on class B units, and a function test through a full cycle.
When the autoclave faults (door not sealing, cycle aborting, vacuum failure, water-fill error), we diagnose on-site. Most failures are gaskets, solenoid valves, water sensors, or vacuum pumps. We carry common parts; everything else is ordered direct from the manufacturer.
Service log, BI test results, validation certificates, and printer-tape archives kept on file for you. The same records cover dental health authority inspections and your internal quality system.

A standard service visit runs through inspection, maintenance, validation testing, and documentation in that order.
We book the visit at a time when the autoclave is not in active use — usually first thing in the morning or after the last patient. Emergency calls when a unit is down are handled separately and prioritized.
Visual and functional check of the chamber, door seal, water and drain lines, printer or USB logger, vacuum pump, safety valve, and control board. We pull recent cycle logs to look for trends — slow vacuum, longer drying times, water-quality alarms.
Based on the inspection: gasket replacement, filter change, water-tank descale, valve adjustment, sensor calibration, or repair of any faulted parts. OEM parts are used for everything in the pressure-vessel and control circuit.
Bowie-Dick test for class B units, helix test for hollow loads, biological-indicator run, and a temperature-mapped reference cycle if it is the annual validation visit. All results are recorded against the cycle printout.
You get the service report, replaced-parts list, BI test results, and validation certificate (when applicable) — by email and as hard copy for your inspection binder.
