On-site measure-up of each room: wall lengths, plumbing and electrical positions, ceiling height, door swings. We finalize cabinet runs, drawer layout, finish color, and hardware choice during this visit.
Cabinets are built to spec at the Loran factory. Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks from order confirmation. We confirm finish samples and hardware before the order is released to production.
Wall blocking added where cabinets carry weight, plumbing and electrical roughed to the marked positions, floor protection laid, and existing casework removed if it is a refit.
