Material and colour palette tied to your brand. Calmer tones in treatment rooms, sharper accents at reception. Integrated handwash stations are designed in, not added later.

Five phases. Each one ends with something signed off so the next one can start.

Discovery & Consultation

We meet you on site, walk the existing space if there is one, and talk through patient flow, staff numbers, equipment list, and budget. Output is a written brief we both agree on.

1-2 weeks

Concept Development

Two or three concept directions with mood boards, material samples, and a preliminary plan. You pick one to develop; the others are parked.

2-3 weeks

Design Development

Floor plans, elevations, ceiling plan, finishes schedule, and lighting layout. We check the design against local building code, hygiene regulations, and accessibility rules at this stage.

3-4 weeks

3D Visualisation

3D renderings and a walkthrough of the key rooms: reception, treatment, sterilisation. This is where you catch the things that look wrong before construction starts.

2-3 weeks

Construction & Implementation

Construction drawings and specifications go to tender. We supervise the contractor, sign off on samples, and run the snag list before handover. Furniture and equipment installation is coordinated against the contractor schedule.
