We are authorised and factory-trained by Anthos, Dentsply Sirona and Cattani.
We are an engineering consultancy based in Tirana, working with dental practices since 2020. For UK practices, faults are diagnosed remotely first, by phone or video, and visits are scheduled with you once we know what the job needs. Equipment still under manufacturer warranty goes through your supplier; most repair calls we take directly are for equipment out of warranty. We reply within 4 hours.

What UK practice owners and managers ask before booking installation, repair or servicing.
It depends on the equipment, whether water, air, suction, drainage and power are already in the right place, and how much building work the room needs. Replacing a chair on existing services costs far less than fitting out a new surgery. Send us the equipment list with photos or drawings of the room and we reply within 4 hours; you get a written quote before any work starts.
We are authorised for Anthos, Dentsply Sirona and Cattani, and trained by them at their own facilities. For equipment from other manufacturers, send us the make and model: we tell you before booking whether we can install or repair it, and whether the manufacturer requires its own engineer.
The manufacturer's warranty comes through the supplier you bought from, and installation by a brand-authorised engineer keeps it valid. For Anthos, Dentsply Sirona and Cattani equipment, that can be us. While equipment is under warranty, report faults to your supplier, who sends an authorised engineer. We do not add a warranty of our own on top of the manufacturer's.
Yes. Most repair requests we get directly are for equipment out of warranty. Send us the make, model, any error codes and photos or a short video. Many faults can be narrowed down remotely, so the right parts are ordered before a visit. If a unit is beyond economic repair, we tell you and quote a replacement.
Yes. We are based in Tirana and serve dental practices in the UK as well as Albania, Kosovo, Germany and Italy. Diagnosis and planning start remotely, and engineer visits are scheduled with you; we do not promise a fixed on-site response time in the UK. X-ray test measurements are taken together with your RPA, who signs the legally required report. Where a document must be signed by a UK-registered professional, our UK partner professionals sign it under our brand, or we work with your own; most clients choose our partners.
